摘要
铜尾矿中SiO_(2)、CaO、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Al_(2)O_(3)、MgO等化学组分的含量较高,与水泥、玻璃、陶瓷等建材原料的成分极为接近,经过处理后可以作为替代传统优质钙、硅质矿物的理想原料,适合在硅酸盐建材领域进行工业再利用。基于此,阐述了铜尾矿作为硅质原料生产硅酸盐水泥熟料的可行性。
The content of chemical components such as SiO_(2),CaO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Al_(2)O_(3),MgO in copper tailings is relatively high,which is very close to the composition of building materials such as cement,glass,ceramics,etc.After treatment,it can be used as an ideal raw material to replace traditional high-quality calcium and siliceous minerals,and is suitable for industrial reuse in the field of silicate building materials.Based on this,the feasibility of using copper tailings as siliceous raw materials to produce Portland cement clinker was elaborated.
