摘要
为进一步探究双加压硝酸生产过程中的尾气处理工艺,结合某化工厂采用湿法吸收处理难以有效处理尾气的实际情况,采用尾气催化转化工艺模式进行工艺优化,并对工艺整体流程进行设计。通过单因素实验,确定反应温度为380℃,并将氨与氮氧化物的化学计量比设定为1.2,实现工艺参数的优化。实际运行结果表明,采用尾气催化转化工艺模式后,有效降低了氮氧化物的排放量,符合相关标准要求。
In order to further explore the tail gas treatment process in the production of dual pressure nitric acid,combined with the actual situation of a chemical plant where wet absorption treatment is difficult to effectively treat tail gas,the tail gas catalytic conversion process mode is adopted for process optimization,and the overall process flow is designed.Through single factor experiments,the reaction temperature was determined to be 380℃,and the stoichiometric ratio of ammonia to nitrogen oxides was set to 1.2 to optimize the process parameters.The actual operation results show that after adopting the tail gas catalytic conversion process mode,the emission of nitrogen oxides is effectively reduced,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.
