摘要
焦炉煤气中氮气组分偏高,会直接导致液态天然气中氮气组分偏高,使得LNG中的x(CH_(4))<99%,x(N_(2))>1%。同时,又使得富氮气中x(CH_(4))在1%~2%之间。通过优化工艺,解决了焦炉煤气制LNG工艺中实际运行的焦炉煤气组分比设计的焦炉煤气组分中氮气含量偏高的问题。
The high nitrogen component in coke oven gas directly leads to the high nitrogen component in liquid natural gas,resulting in x(CH_(4))<99%and x(N_(2))>1%in LNG.At the same time,it also makes x(CH_(4))in the rich nitrogen gas between 1%and 2%.By optimizing the process,the problem of high nitrogen content in the actual operation of the coke oven gas to LNG production process compared to the designed coke oven gas component has been solved.
