提高尿素制氨水解器稳定运行的可靠性研究

摘要 为提高菏泽公司尿素制氨设备的可靠性,结合现场实际,针对尿素站供氨自动调节不佳、各机组所需供氨量不定期波动,从而造成主机NOx调节压力大,环保排放不达标的现象,从基础环节包括进料、进汽逻辑控制,现场信号包括溶解罐液位信号、供氨压力等方面着手,对新型工艺进行可靠性研究。 In order to improve the reliability of the urea ammonia production equipment in Heze Company,combined with the actual situation on site,this study focuses on the poor automatic adjustment of ammonia supply in the urea station and the irregular fluctuations in the required ammonia supply of each unit,resulting in high NOx regulation pressure of the main engine and non-compliance with environmental emissions standards.The reliability of the new process is studied from the basic links including feed and steam logic control,on-site signals including dissolution tank liquid level signal,ammonia supply pressure,etc.
