摘要
小煤柱开采技术能够有效降低区段煤柱留设宽度,提高采区资源回收率,在一定程度上延长矿井服务年限,逐渐成为山西地区许多濒临资源枯竭矿井首选推广技术。文章以晋能控股集团长治公司福达、微子镇、石窟等7座煤矿为研究背景,通过分析采矿地质条件,结合理论分析结果,得出各煤矿区段煤柱优化方案,并针对各矿不同条件,因地制宜的开展小煤柱巷道切顶卸压工艺参数研究工作,最后基于小煤柱巷道围岩稳定性观测分析结论,各煤矿采用小煤柱护巷技术均达到了预期效果,煤柱宽度得到有效降低,取得了较为显著的成果和经济社会效益,为该技术的大范围推广积累了宝贵经验。
Small coal pillar mining technology can effectively reduce the width of section coal pillars,improve the resource recovery rate of mining areas,and extend the service life of mines to a certain extent.It has gradually become the preferred promotion technology for many mines on the brink of resource depletion in Shanxi Province.The article takes 7 coal mines,including Fuda,Weizi Town,and Shitong,of Changzhi Company of Jinneng Holding Group as the research background.By analyzing the mining geological conditions and combining theoretical analysis results,optimization plans for coal pillars in each coal mine section are obtained.Based on different conditions of each mine,research on the process parameters of small coal pillar roadway top cutting and pressure relief is carried out according to local conditions.Finally,based on the observation and analysis of the stability of the surrounding rock of the small coal pillar roadway,the small coal pillar roadway protection technology adopted by each coal mine has achieved the expected effect,and the width of the coal pillar has been effectively reduced,achieving significant results and economic and social benefits,accumulating valuable experience for the large-scale promotion of this technology.
