深部开采软岩巷道加固技术研究

摘要 针对8203回风顺槽围岩承载能力差、强度低等因素导致围岩变形量大、部分支护结构失效等问题,提出综合采用浅孔、深孔注浆方式加固巷道围岩,并结合现场条件具体给出围岩加固技术方案。在回风顺槽采用4 m钻孔以及JD-WJF-4加固材料进行浅孔注浆,以便在浅部围岩形成封堵及加固带;采用6 m钻孔以及JD-WJF-1加固材料进行深孔注浆,以便提升深部围岩强度及抗变形能力。现场应用后,8203回风顺槽围岩加固取得较好效果,其中顶底板、巷帮变形量分别控制在107.9、57.3 mm以内,原有支护体系与注浆加固围岩相互耦合,可实现深部软岩巷道围岩变形的有效控制,现场取得较好加固效果。 In response to the problems of poor bearing capacity and low strength of the surrounding rock in the 8203 return air duct,such as large deformation of the surrounding rock and failure of some support structures,a comprehensive use of shallow hole and deep hole grouting methods is proposed to reinforce the surrounding rock of the roadway,and a specific technical scheme for surrounding rock reinforcement is given based on the site conditions.In the return air duct,a 4-meter borehole and JD-WJF-4 reinforcement material are used for shallow hole grouting to form a sealing and reinforcement zone in the shallow surrounding rock.Use 6-meter drilling and JD-WJF-1 reinforcement material for deep hole grouting to enhance the strength and deformation resistance of deep surrounding rock.After on-site application,the reinforcement of the surrounding rock in the 8203 return air duct has achieved good results,with the deformation of the roof,floor,and roadway walls controlled within 107.9 and 57.3 mm,respectively.The original support system is coupled with the grouting reinforcement of the surrounding rock,which can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock in deep soft rock tunnels and achieve good reinforcement results on site.
