摘要
传统立式车床主传动系统存在结构复杂、故障率高、加工精度不尽人意的问题。将永磁电机直接嵌放到立车转盘,可实现立式车床转盘的无齿轮传动。完成了嵌入式直驱永磁电机的电磁设计与仿真,对长期负载条件下电机稳态温升进行了仿真分析,并分析研究了电机的负载转矩脉动、反电势波形对转盘运行可能产生的影响。所做的理论分析和设计工作,通过一台实际的立式车床(C5116B-3A)进行了实验验证。
Conventional vertical lathe main transmission systems have the problems of complex structure,high failure rate,and unsatisfactory machining accuracy.This work hence focused on the feasibility of realizing gearless transmission of vertical lathe turntable through direct embedment of permanent magnet motor.It performed the electromagnetic design and simulation,analyzed the steady state temperature rise of the motor under long-term load conditions,and studied the possible influences of load torque pulsation and reverse potential waveform of the motor on turntable operation.The theoretical analysis and design were experimentally verified by an actual vertical lathe(C5116B-3A).
