BIM技术在330 kV变电站EPC总承包项目管理应用研究

摘要 近年来,随着电力工程建设的高速发展,对施工企业的管理水平及施工能力提出更高的要求。BIM技术作为一种先进的管理手段,能有效提高电力工程管理水平和施工效率,确保工程建设的质量和效益。对此展开研究,首先介绍了BIM技术及CPE总承包模式,其次阐述了BIM技术在变电站EPC项目管理各阶段的应用价值,最后结合宁夏某330 kV变电站工程进行BIM技术的实践应用,结果表明BIM技术能有效提升EPC项目精细化管理水平,实现EPC项目管理增值,为提高施工作业效率及施工质量提供有力支撑。 In recent years,with the rapid development of power engineering construction in China,higher requirements have been put forward for the management level and construction capacity of construction enterprises.As an advanced management method,BIM technology can effectively improve the management level and construction efficiency of power projects,and ensure the quality and efficiency of project construction.In this paper,comparative research is carried out.First BIM technology and CPE general contracting model are outlined.Second the application value of BIM technology in all stages of substation EPC project management is systematically elaborated.Finally it is combined with a 330 kV substation project in Ningxia as an example for practical application.The results show that BIM technology effectively improves the level of refined management of EPC projects,realizes the value-added of EPC project management,and provides strong support for construction efficiency and construction quality.
