摘要
基于电流互感器检测的三维立体移动机械装置工艺研究,不仅能优化设备的设计和运行,还可提高生产效率和设备可靠性。探讨了电流互感器在三维立体移动机械装置中的应用,分析了其在设备的运动控制系统、精确定位技术、动态调节与控制、数据驱动的维护预防措施中的作用,最后通过应用测试验证了机械装置工艺的实际效果和潜在优势。
The application of current transformer detection in three-dimensional mobile mechanical devices facilitates optimization of equipment design and operation,and also improvements in production efficiency and equipment reliability.This essay outlines the application of current transformer in 3D mobile mechanical devices,briefly analyzes the role of current transformers in motion control system,precise localization,dynamic regulation and control,and data-driven preventive maintenance measures.It also entails a simple test verification which displays the actual effect and potential advantages of mechanical devices with current transformer detection.
