手持式避雷器泄漏电流表辅助抄录装置设计

摘要 针对变电站全面巡视过程中避雷器泄漏电流表人工抄录存在效率低、误差大的问题,设计一种手持式避雷器泄漏电流表辅助抄录装置。首先,基于图像识别技术完成避雷器泄漏电流与放电计数的自动抄录;其次,设计避雷器缺陷判定程序实现避雷器运行工况的就地判断;最后,通过样本进行模拟分析,验证装置设计的有效性。 During the comprehensive inspection of transforming substation,there are problems of low efficiency and large errors in manual reading of leakage current meters of lightning arresters.Thereby a handheld gadget was designed to facilitate recording of lightning arrester leakage current meters.The new design mainly featured the introduction of image recognition technology to achieve automatic recording of lightning arrester leakage current and discharge count and a defect judgement program to realize on-site judgment of arrester operating conditions.The effectiveness of the designed device was verified through simulation analysis.
