基于红外图像技术的变电站高压电气设备绝缘自动监测

摘要 为提高电压设备绝缘监测准确性,基于红外图像技术设计变电站高压电气设备绝缘自动监测方法。提取介质损耗值、瞬时功率变换等特征量,结合红外热像仪扫描的图像信息,训练绝缘状态相关特征,分离并重构谐波信号,实现电气设备绝缘自动监测。试验结果表明,该方法的绝缘自动监测结果仅存在0.1℃的误差,监测准确性较高。 To improve the accuracy of insulation monitoring for substation high-voltage equipment,an automatic insulation monitoring method using infrared image technology was designed.The method was designed to extract characteristic quantities such as dielectric loss value and instantaneous power transformation and use them together with image information scanned by infrared thermal imagers to train insulation state related features,and separate and reconstruct harmonic signals,thereby achieving automatic insulation monitoring.The method achieved in experiment a a high monitoring accuracy as the error of the monitoring result was only 0.1℃.
