在日本东京举行的第27次中日运输经济技术交流会期间,国家发展改革委综合运输研究所和日本运输综合研究所的有关专家围绕通用航空、低碳交通、物流技术创新等主题进行了交流研讨,总结提出可供我国借鉴的发展启示。在通用航空发展方面,应加强政府引导和政策支持力度、积极拓展应用场景激发市场需求、以技术创新持续驱动通航产业发展。在低碳交通发展方面,应鼓励运输结构优化调整、高度重视新技术研发、为绿色转型提供金融支持。在物流技术创新方面,应加强政府引导系统推进数字物流创新发展、加快开展数字物流创新实践、提前为老龄化少子化发展趋势做好准备。

During the 27th China-Japan Transportation Economy and Technology Exchange Meeting held in Tokyo,experts from Institute of Comprehensive Transportation of National Development and Reform Commission engaged in discussions and seminars with experts from Japan Transport and Tourism Research Institute on topics such as general aviation,low-carbon transportation,and logistics technology innovation.Based on these exchanges,development insights that can serve as references for China are summarized and proposed.In terms of general aviation development,it is essential to strengthen government guidance and policy support,actively expand application scenarios to stimulate market demand,and continuously drive the development of the general aviation industry through technological innovation.For low-carbon transportation development,efforts should be made to encourage the optimization and adjustment of transportation structures,attach great importance to the research and development of new technologies,and provide fnancial support for green transformation.Regarding logistics technology innovation,it is crucial to enhance government guidance and systematically promote the innovative development of digital logistics,accelerate the implementation of digital logistics innovation practices,and prepare in advance for the trends of aging and declining birth rates.
