四川省水运能耗主要用能对象研究

The Main Energy Consumption Targets of Water Transport in Sichuan Province

水运是综合交通的重要组成部分,也是实现交通行业碳达峰碳中和目标的重点。水运节能降耗是贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的内在要求。本文针对2020-2022年四川省水运基础设施现状能耗展开调查,汇总形成四川水运能耗基础数据库,并对四川省航道、港口、船舶能耗进行分类分析,总结各类型设施能耗总量、单耗、用能结构、分布情况、各用能对象能耗特点,确定四川水运重点用能对象为500吨级以下的小吨位货船及60客位以下的小客位客船,并总结了造成船舶能耗较高的成因,本研究可为四川水运节能降耗找到精准发力点,为推动四川水运行业如期实现碳达峰碳中和战略目标提供重要参考。

Water transportation is an important component of comprehensive transportation and a key factor in achieving the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals of the traffic industry.Energy conservation and consumption reduction in water transportation are inherent requirements for implementing new development concepts,constructing new development patterns,and promoting high-quality development.This article conducts a survey on the current energy consumption of water transportation infrastructure in the province from 2020 to 2022,summarizes and forms the Sichuan water transportation energy consumption basic database,and classifies and analyzes the energy consumption of waterways,ports,and ships in Sichuan Province.It summarizes the total energy consumption,unit consumption,energy consumption structure,distribution,and energy consumption characteristics of each type of facility.The key energy consumption targets for Sichuan water transportation are small tonnage cargo ships below 500 tons and small passenger ships below 60passengers,and the reasons for high energy consumption of ships are summarized.This study can fnd precise driving points for energy conservation and consumption reduction in Sichuan water transportation,and provide important reference for promoting the Sichuan water transportation industry to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategic goals as scheduled.
