高原河谷型城市米林市综合交通发展策略

The Comprehensive Transportation Development of Milin City as a High-Altitude Valley City

本文以西藏自治区直辖县级市米林市为例,探讨地形条件较为特殊的高原河谷型城市综合交通发展策略。米林市位于西藏自治区东南部,林芝市西南部,市域地形东西狭长,西高东低,多宽谷,全境平均海拔3700m,呈山河谷地形,属于典型的高原河谷型城市。本文梳理米林市综合交通发展现状,以交通发展的主要问题为导向,研究提出综合交通发展策略,研究结果可为优化提升米林市及类似河谷型城市综合交通体系发展参考。

This paper takes Milin City,a county-level city directly under the Government of Tibet Autonomous Region,as an example,to discuss the comprehensive transportation development strategy of plateau valley cities with special topographical conditions.Milin City is located in the southeast of Tibet Autonomous Region,southwest of Nyingchi City,and the city topography is long and narrow from east to west,high in the west and low in the east,with many wide valleys,the average altitude of the whole territory is 3700m.The is a mountain and river valley topography,and it belongs to a typical plateau valley type city.This paper reviews the current situation of comprehensive transportation development in Milin City,and proposes a comprehensive transportation development strategy based on the main problems of transportation development,and the research results can be used as a reference for optimizing and improving the development of comprehensive transportation system in Milin City and similar river valley cities.
