摘要
数字化对企业组织和管理产生了重要影响,企业韧性是企业“转危为安”的关键要素,数字化转型如何提升企业韧性并在危机之中稳定发展值得深入探究。基于动态能力理论视角,构建“数字化转型-动态能力-企业韧性”理论框架,以2011-2021年全国A股上市公司为研究样本,实证发现,数字化转型对企业韧性具有提升作用,表现为降低了企业的股票波动,提高了企业的绩效增长;企业风险防御、企业创新与企业可持续发展能力是数字化转型提升企业韧性的三条主要路径;在非国有企业和小型企业中,数字化转型对企业韧性的促进效果更为显著。应大力支持企业数字化转型,积极开展数字化评估,根据现阶段资源禀赋和转型现状实施针对性的数字化转型战略。
Digitization has had a significant impact on enterprise organization and management,and enterprise resilience is a key element for enterprises to“turn danger into safety”.It is worth exploring how digital transformation can enhance enterprise resilience and stabilize development in crisis.Based on the perspective of dynamic capability theory,this paper constructs the theoretical framework of“digital transformation-dynamic capability-enterprise resilience”.Taking the national A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2021 as the research sample,it empirically finds that digital transformation has an improving effect on enterprise resilience,which is reflected in reducing the stock volatility of enterprises and improving the performance growth of enterprises.Further research shows that enterprise risk prevention,innovation,and sustainable development capabilities are the three main paths for digital transformation to enhance enterprise resilience.Based on the study of property rights and enterprise size,it has been found that digital transformation has a more significant promoting effect on enterprise resilience in non-state-owned enterprises and small businesses.We should strongly support the digital transformation of enterprises,actively conduct digital assessments,and implement targeted digital transformation strategies based on the current resource endowment and transformation status.
