基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析中医治疗创伤后应激障碍

Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment for Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Map

目的采用文献计量学总结中医治疗创伤后应激障碍的研究热点,预测研究发展趋势。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库建库至2023年10月1日收录的中医治疗创伤后应激障碍相关文献,对发文量、期刊、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文期刊文献194篇,张虹发文量最多;主要研究机构有成都中医药大学、甘肃中医药大学、北京中医药大学。关键词共现网络共有节点172个,连线248条,主要形成9个聚类,高频关键词包括“电针”“四逆散”“海马”等,突现强度最高的3个关键词分别为“地震”“针灸”和“中药”。结论近年来,随着地震、战争、疫情等外环境刺激因素增加,创伤后应激障碍患者逐渐增多,中医药疗法因其独有的辨证思维、个性化治疗、疗效稳定等优势逐渐被应用于该病的治疗中,其研究热度呈上升趋势。

Objective To summarize the research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)using bibliometrics,to predict the development trend of future research,and to provide reference for subsequent research.Methods Using CiteSpace V6.2.R4 software,a visualization analysis was conducted on the literature related to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PTSD.It collected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database on October 1,2023,including research topics such as publication volume,journals,authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 194 Chinese journal articles were included,with Zhang Hong having the highest publication volume.The main research institutions include Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.There are 172 nodes and 248 connections in the network,which mainly form 9 clusters.High frequency keywords include“electroacupuncture”,“Sini powder”,“hippocampus”,etc.The three keywords with the highest emergence intensity are“earthquake”,“acupuncture and moxibustion”and“traditional Chinese medicine”.Conclusion In recent years,with factors such as earthquakes,wars,and epidemics,the number of PTSD patients has gradually increased.Traditional Chinese medicine related therapies have been gradually applied to the treatment of PTSD due to their unique dialectical thinking,personalized treatment,and stable therapeutic effects,and their research popularity is on the rise.
