益肾舒心胶囊治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后气虚血瘀证临床观察

Yishen Shuxin Capsule in the Treatment of Syndrome of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis after PCI of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的观察常规西药加益肾舒心胶囊治疗急性心肌梗死PCI术后气虚血瘀证患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月收治的冠心病急性心肌梗死并行PCI术患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各45例,对照组采用西药常规治疗,治疗组采用西药常规治疗的同时服用益肾舒心胶囊,对临床治疗的复合终点事件、临床疗效,左室射血分数(LVEF)、中医四诊信息计分、血浆NT-proBNP水平进行对比。结果治疗后,治疗组的终点事件发生率、中医四诊信息计分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组LVEF、NT-proBNP治疗前后差值、临床疗效均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾舒心胶囊能提高急性心肌梗死PCI术后气虚血瘀证患者治疗效果,是行之有效且安全的临床方剂。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of conventional Western medicine combined with Yishen Shuxin capsules in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction following PCI surgery.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,90 patients with coronary heart disease who had undergone PCI surgery due to acute myocardial infarction were selected as research subjects.Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,and each consisted 45 cases.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received Yishen Shuxin capsules in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment.A comparison was made between the groups on composite endpoint events,clinical efficacy,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM four diagnostics score,plasma NT-proBNP levels,and incidence of adverse events.Results The endpoint event rate and TCM four diagnostics score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF and the difference in BNP levels before and after treatment were improved in the treatment group,the clinical efficacy was better than that in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Shuxin capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI.It is an effective and safe clinical prescription.
