芪柏地黄汤熏洗治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床观察

Qibai Dihuang Decoction Fumigation in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的探究加味芪柏地黄汤熏洗对混合痔术后疼痛、创面愈合及血清IL-1β、PGE_(2)水平的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2023年11月安徽省宿松县中医院收治的混合痔患者90例,随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,各45例。对照组术后进行常规处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味芪柏地黄汤熏洗,治疗7 d,对比2组临床疗效及VAS评分,凝血功能指标TT、Fib、PT,血管新生指标VEGF、bFGF、PDGF及血清IL-1β、PGE_(2)水平。结果观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗7 d后,观察组TT、Fib、PT以及IL-1β、PGE_(2)均低于对照组(P<0.05),VEGF、bFGF及PDGF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味芪柏地黄汤熏洗能够提高混合痔患者临床疗效,改善术后疼痛,有利于血管新生,加快术后创面愈合。

Objective To explore the effects of modified Qibai Dihuang decoction fumigation on postoperative pain,wound healing,and serum levels of IL-1βand PGE_(2)in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Susong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected.The patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random control table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment after surgery,while the observation group received modified Qibai Dihuang decoction fumigation on the basis of the control group.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,postoperative pain,and serum levels of TT,Fib,PT,VEGF,bFGF,PDGF,IL-1β,and PGE_(2)were evaluated.Results The clinical effect of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,TT,Fib,PT,IL-1βand PGE_(2)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),VEGF,bFGF and PDGF levels were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qibai Dihuang decoction fumigation can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with mixed hemorrhoids,alleviate postoperative pain,promote angiogenesis,and further accelerate wound healing.
