加味萆薢分清饮治疗湿热内蕴型高尿酸血症临床观察

摘要 目的研究加味萆薢分清饮治疗湿热内蕴型高尿酸血症患者的临床疗效。方法选取贵港市中医医院2023年1月—2023年8月收治的湿热内蕴型高尿酸血症患者120例,分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以基础治疗,观察组应用基础治疗联合加味萆薢分清饮疗法。连续治疗4周。观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、不良反应、血尿酸、血脂、C反应蛋白。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血尿酸、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组总胆固醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味萆薢分清饮能改善高尿酸血症患者的中医证候,降低尿酸及血脂水平,提高临床疗效。 Objective To study the clinical effect of Bixie Fenqing drink on dampness-heat accumulation hyperuricemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with damp-heat accumulation hyperuricemia treated in Guigang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to August 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with basic treatment combined with Bixie Fenqing drink.All were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions,blood uric acid,blood lipid and C-reactive protein in 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of uric acid,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the level of total cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bixie Fenqing drink can effectively improve the TCM syndromes of hyperuricemia patients,reduce UA,TG,LDL,CRP levels,and improve clinical efficacy.
