中和医派少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Thunder Fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease under the Guidance of Zhonghe Medical School

目的探究中和医派少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法按照1∶1配对原则回顾性选取上栗县人民医院2021年1月—2023年5月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者80例,分为西医组和中医组,各40例。西医组行常规西药治疗,中医组采用少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸治疗。比较2组治疗效果。结果中医组临床总有效率明显高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗后2组中性粒细胞比例、白细胞计数及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),且中医组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);2组均未发生严重不良反应,且相比西医组,中医组复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤联合雷火灸应用于慢性盆腔炎治疗,可显著降低炎症因子水平,减轻炎症,提高临床疗效,安全性高且复发率低。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease under the guidance of Zhonghe medical school.Methods According to the 1:1 pairing principle,eighty patients from January 2021 to May 2023 with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital were retrospectively selected,and were divided into Western medicine group and TCM group,with 40 cases in each group.The Western medicine group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the TCM was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of TCM group was significantly higher than that of Western group(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of neutrophils,white blood cell count and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in 2 groups were all decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in TCM group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the 2 groups,and the recurrence rate of the TCM group was lower than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors,reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical efficacy,and has high safety and low recurrence rate.
