中药湿敷联合内服治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床研究

Clinical Study on the Combination of Chinese Medicine Wet Compress and Oral Administration in the Treatment of Acute Ankle Sprain

目的探究外敷平乐消肿止痛膏联合内服平乐解毒饮治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2023年6月河南省洛阳正骨医院急诊科诊治的急性踝关节扭伤(I度和II度)的患者100例,分为试验组和对照组,各50例。在POLICE原则的基础治疗上,对照组予吲哚美辛巴布贴膏;试验组予外敷平乐消肿止痛膏联合内服平乐解毒饮,观察2组临床疗效、VAS评分、肿胀值、AOFAS评分的变化。结果治疗后,试验组临床总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第1周和第2周,试验组VAS评分和肿胀值小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第2周,试验组AOFAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外敷平乐消肿止痛膏联合内服平乐解毒饮治疗急性踝关节扭伤有显著疗效,能很好缓解疼痛和肿胀程度,有效恢复患肢的功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external application of Pingle Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment combined with oral administration of Pingle Jiedu drink on acute ankle sprain.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ankle sprain(grade I and grade II)were selected and followed up in Luoyang Bone Orthopedic Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023,with 50 cases in the experimental group and 50 cases in the control group.The basic treatment was given the principle of POLICE,and the control group was given indometacin paste.The experimental group was given external application of Pingle Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment combined with internal administration of Pingle Jiedu drink.The clinical therapeutic effect,VAS score,swelling value and AOFAS score were observed.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).At week 1 and 2 of treatment,VAS scores and swelling values of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).At the 2nd week of treatment,the AOFAS score of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of Pingle Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment combined with oral administration of Pingle Jiedu drink has a significant effect on the treatment of acute ankle sprain,which can relieve the pain and swelling and effectively restore the function of the affected limb.
