鲑鱼降钙素穴位注射治疗老年骨质疏松症腰背痛临床观察

Acupoint Injection of Salmon Calcitonin in the Treatment of Low Back Pain in Senile Osteoporosis

目的探讨穴位注射鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效。方法将80例老年骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组,各40例。2组患者均接受基础治疗,治疗组予鲑鱼降钙素穴位注射治疗,对照组予鲑鱼降钙素臀部肌肉注射,比较2组治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及临床疗效。结果治疗后2周、1个月,治疗组VAS评分均比治疗前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用鲑鱼降钙素穴位注射治疗老年骨质疏松症患者,可有效缓解腰背痛症状,临床疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of low back pain in senile osteoporosis(OP).Methods A total of 80 patients with OP were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group received acupoint injection of salmon calcitonin,while the control group received intramuscular injection of salmon calcitonin into the buttocks.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results VAS scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment at 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group at 2 weeks and 1 month after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint injection of salmon calcitonin in the treatment of senile OP can effectively improve the symptoms of low back pain,and the clinical effect is reliable.
