自拟滑膜炎方加洛索洛芬钠片治疗慢性膝关节滑膜炎临床观察

Self-made Huamoyan Formula and Losoprofen Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Chronic Knee Synovitis

目的观察自拟滑膜炎方加洛索洛芬钠片对慢性膝关节滑膜炎(痰饮流注型)的临床疗效。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月在笔者医院外二科门诊就诊的慢性膝关节滑膜炎患者72例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。治疗组用自拟滑膜炎方联合洛索洛芬钠片治疗,对照组采用洛索洛芬钠片治疗,比较2组患者治疗前后的VAS评分、膝关节肿胀评分、Lysholm评分、HSS评分以及临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、膝关节肿胀评分较对照组明显减少(P<0.05);治疗组HSS评分、Lysholm评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟滑膜炎方加洛索洛芬钠片能提高慢性膝关节滑膜炎(痰饮流注型)的疗效,加速症状恢复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-made Huamoyan formula combined with losoprofen sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis(phlegm fluid injection type).Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic knee synovitis from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number method,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with self-made Huamoyan formula combined with losoprofen sodium tablets,and the control group was treated with losoprofen sodium tablets.VAS score,knee swelling score,Lysholm score,HSS score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and knee swelling score of the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).HSS score and Lysholm score in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Huamoyan formula combined with losoprofen sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic knee synovitis(phlegm fluid injection type)can improve therapeutic effect,can accelerate the recovery of symptoms,and has the value of clinical promotion.
