共同富裕下数字包容发展对城乡居民生计资本的异质性影响

The Heterogeneous Effects of Digital Inclusion on the Livelihood Capital of Urban and Rural Residents Under Common Prosperity

持续释放数字红利的普惠共享,推动数字包容发展对于促进共同富裕大有可为。在对数字包容和生计资本进行评价的基础上,选取2013—2022年我国31个省(区、市)的数据,从宏观和微观层面采用双向固定效应模型进行研究。研究发现:(1)数字包容与生计资本之间存在正相关关系,数字包容发展能够提升城乡居民生计资本;(2)数字包容发展通过城镇化水平对生计资本产生一定促进作用;(3)数字包容发展对生计资本的影响存在异质性,相对于东部地区,中西部地区的数字包容发展对生计资本的提升作用更大;(4)数字包容发展对生计资本构成的六个维度具有显著的指标异质性,并通过相互作用促进生计资本耦合协调度提升,推动实现共同富裕目标。

Continuously releasing the universal sharing of digital dividends and promoting digital inclusive development are promising for promoting common prosperity.On the basis of evaluating digital inclusion and livelihood capital,data from 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2022 are selected and researched at the macro and micro levels using a two-way fixed-effects model.The results are as follows:(1)There is a positive correlation between digital inclusion and livelihood capital,and digital inclusion development can enhance the livelihood capital of urban and rural residents;(2)Digital inclusion development has a certain promotion effect on livelihood capital through the level of urbanization;(3)There is heterogeneity in the impact of digital inclusion development on livelihood capital,and digital inclusion development has a greater enhancement effect on livelihood capital in the central and western regions,compared with the eastern regions;(4)Digital inclusive development has significant indicator heterogeneity on the six dimensions of the composition of livelihood capital,and promotes the improvement of the coupling and coordination of livelihood capital through interaction,and promotes the realization of the goal of common prosperity.
