摘要
高校教研室建设对于高校的健康发展具有重要价值,能够提升高校教学质量,锻炼高校教师队伍并助力高校未来的健康发展。高校教研室的建设与教师群体的个人激励和教研室外部环境优化均密切相关,因此本文基于个人激励和环境优化双重视角,提出推进高校教研室建设和发展的具体措施。从教师个人激励的角度来分析,可以提升教师个人的荣誉感和师德水平;从教研室外部环境优化视角考虑,确保高校教研室各项工作有条不紊地开展和持续改进,为高校教研室的建设和发展创造良好的外部环境。
Construction of teaching and research offices in colleges and universities is crucial to their teaching quality and healthy development.And since it has a close connection with individual motivation among teachers and optimization of the external environment of the office,this paper studies it from the dual perspectives of motivation and environmental optimization,and put forward specific measures to promote the construction and development of teaching and research offices in higher schools,which can be summarized as follows:to strengthen through individual motivation the teachers'personal sense of honor and their consciousness of professional ethics;to ensure through optimizing the external environment that the work of the teaching and research office can be carried out in an orderly manner and get continuous improvements so as to create a good external environment for the construction and development of the teaching and research office.
