摘要
本节以DNA是主要遗传物质的科学探究史为主线,参考图尔敏论证模式,引导学生像科学家一样,在评价资料、提出主张、为主张进行辩驳的论证过程中主动建构知识,深度理解科学的本质,促进学生科学思维的发展。
Focusing on the history of scientific exploration of DNA as the main genetic material and referring to Toulmin Argument Model,the section“DNA as the Main Genetic Material”is intended to guide students to actively construct knowledge like scientists in the process of evaluating materials,making claims,and arguing for the claims,to understand the essence of science in depth,and to promote the development of students'scientific thinking.
