摘要
高架桥绿化是城市绿化建设中不可缺少的组成部分,对高架桥的绿化美化具有重要的生态效益和社会效益。以10个露地表现良好的月季品种为试验材料,在高架路桥环境模拟实验区,对其进行形态观测和可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等生理生化指标测定,采用隶属函数法,综合判断月季品种的耐寒性。结果表明:在自然低温下,10个月季品种叶片中的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、MDA含量、SOD活性和POD活性等生理指标发生明显变化,且不同品种间各指标也有一定差异,反映了月季对低温的生理响应;通过隶属函数法综合分析,10个月季品种耐寒性由强到弱依次为‘安吉拉’>‘寒地玫瑰’>‘彩虹’>‘橙科斯特’>‘红从容’>‘甜梦’>‘巴西诺’>‘小太阳’>‘夏令营’>‘仙境’;结合露地形态观测,‘安吉拉’‘橙科斯特’‘寒地玫瑰’和‘彩虹’可应用于郑州地区高架路桥绿化。
Viaduct greening is an indispensable part of urban greening projects,which has important ecological and social benefits for greening and beautifying viaducts.Ten rose varieties with good performance in the open field are used as experimental materials,and their morphological observation and physiological and biochemical indexes such as soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,MDA content,SOD activity and POD activity are measured in the environment simulation experiment area of viaduct.The cold tolerance of the rose varieties is evaluated and determined with the subordinate function method.The results indicate that the rose varieties ranks from strong to weak as'Angela'>'Handimeigui'>'Rainbow's End'>'Margo Koster'>'Hongcongrong'>'Sweet Dream'>'Basino'>'Sonnenkind'>'Xialingying'>'Carefree Wonder'.Referenced with the observation of the open field,'Angela''Margo Koster''Handimeigui'and'Rainbow's End'can be applied for viaduct greening in Zhengzhou.
