股骨头坏死机制研究中的常见细胞及其表型

摘要 股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是由供血血管损伤、激素等原因导致股骨头内细胞功能障碍,引发骨结构紊乱,出现骨小梁断裂及进行性股骨头塌陷的一种疾病^([1-3])。常见的病因包括外伤、酒精、激素、减压病、血红蛋白病(镰状细胞贫血、地中海贫血、血红蛋白病)等^([4-7])。 Recent focus on basic research into femoral head osteonecrosis (ONFH) has unveiled the significance of various cells in disease onset,progression,and treatment.These include osteoblasts and osteoclasts for bone homeostasis,endothelial cells for new blood vessel formation,and macrophages for immune responses.Cell phenotypes,indicative of changes when cells are influenced by disease-specific molecules,are fundamental for molecular function analysis.Research has commonly explored phenotypes like cell growth,death,and movement,with growing interest in macrophage polarization and iron-induced cell death.This review encapsulates the key cellular players and their phenotypes in ONFH research,guiding future directions in the disease mechanism studies.
