酉阳主要品种油茶籽经济性状及油营养品质研究

摘要 为判定评估不同油茶品种油茶籽在酉阳区域质量表现情况,以长林3号、长林4号、长林40号、长林53号、湘林210等品种油茶籽为研究对象,测定其经济性状、生物活性成分含量、脂肪酸组成,对比分析与评价不同品种油茶籽性状。结果显示,酉阳地区不同品种油茶籽经济性状、生物活性成分含量与脂肪酸组成存在差异,其中风干籽含水率最低的是长林3号,出仁率最高的为长林40号,仁含油率最高的也是长林3号,角鲨烯含量最高的为长林53号,β-谷甾醇平均含量最高的为长林3号,总多酚含量最高的为长林4号,维生素E含量最高的为长林40号,不饱和脂肪酸比例最大的为长林53号,α-亚麻酸比例最高的为长林4号,研究结果为酉阳及周边区域油茶种植与加工提供参考依据。 In order to evaluate the performance of different varieties of Camellia oleifera seeds in Youyang region,the economic characteristics,bioactive ingredient content,and fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera seed varieties including Changlin 3,Changlin 4,Changlin 40,Changlin 53,Xianglin 210 were studied.The results showed that there were differences in the economic characteristics,bioactive ingredient content,and fatty acid composition of Camellia oleifera seeds from different varieties in the Youyang region.Among them,air-dried seeds of Changlin 3 had the lowest water content.Changlin 40 had the highest kernel yield,and Changlin 3 had the highest kernel oil content.Changlin 53 has the highest content of squalene,and Changlin 3 has the highest content ofβ-sitosterol.The highest content of total polyphenols was Changlin 4.The highest content of vitamin E was Changlin 40.The largest proportion of unsaturated fatty acids was Changlin 53.The highest proportion ofα-linolenic acid was Changlin 4.The results of this study provide a reference for the planting and processing of Camellia oleifera in Youyang and surrounding areas.
