摘要
为拓展天然染料在合成纤维染色方面的应用,以三种中药为原料对迭代涤纶进行染色,通过单因素试验探讨染色温度、时间、染料用量及pH对织物K/S值的影响。结果表明:青黛采用还原染色,碱剂氢氧化钠2 g/L、还原剂葡萄糖40 g/L,染色温度100℃,染色时间40 min,染料质量分数为3%(omf),染液pH为6;五味子及黄连采用直接染色,五味子染料质量分数50%,染液pH为4,黄连染料质量分数为40%,染液pH为7,染色温度100℃,染色时间40 min。染色织物的耐皂洗色牢度均达到3级以上,耐摩擦色牢度均达到4级以上。
In order to expand the application of natural dyes in the dyeing of synthetic fibers,three traditional Chinese medicines are used as raw materials to dye iterative polyester,and the effects of dyeing temperature,time,dye dosage and pH on the K/S value of fabrics are investigated through single factor experiments.The re⁃sults show that the best dyeing process is as follows:for indigo,the dosage of alkali agent of sodium hydrox⁃ide 2 g/L,the dosage of reducing agent glucose 40 g/L,the dyeing temperature 100℃,the dyeing time 40 min,the dye dosage 3%(omf),and the pH of the dyeing solution 6;for schisandra chinensis and coptis chinensis,di⁃rectly dyed at 100℃for 40 min,the dye dosage is 50%and the pH of the dye solution is 4 for schisandra chinen⁃sis,the dye dosage is 40%and the pH of the dye solution is 7 for coptis chinensis.The dyeings have good color fastness of Grade 3 to soaping and Grade 4 to rubbing.
