摘要
根据二氧化硫脲的还原特性,采用蒸汽闪爆技术对活性染料染色的棉织物进行剥色处理,并探讨了保压压力、保压时间、NaOH浓度以及二氧化硫脲浓度对剥色效果的影响。同时,利用扫描电子显微镜对剥色前后的棉纤维表面形态进行了分析。结果表明,蒸汽闪爆法对活性染料染色棉织物的剥色效果显著,尤其是在保压压力为2 MPa、保压时间为200 s、NaOH质量浓度为10 g/L以及二氧化硫脲质量浓度为5 g/L的条件下,棉织物的剥色率高达99.4%,强力保留率达到94.3%。剥色后的棉织物重新染色的颜色深度与剥色前的颜色深度相当。
According to the reduction characteristics of thiourea dioxide,cotton fabric dyed with reactive dyes is stripped by steam flash technology.The effects of holding pressure,holding time,concentrations of NaOH and thiourea dioxide on the stripping results are discussed.At the same time,the surface morphology of cotton fi⁃ber before and after stripping are analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that the strip⁃ping rate of cotton dyed with reactive dyes is remarkable,especially under the conditions of holding pressure of 2 MPa,holding time of 200 s,concentration of NaOH of 10 g/L and concentration of urea sulfur dioxide of 5 g/L,the color stripping efficiency of cotton fabric is as high as 99.4%,and the strength retention rate reaches 94.3%.In addition,the color depth after re-dyeing of the cotton fabric is similar to that before stripping.
