摘要
纳米TiO_(2)材料由于具有较宽的能带及光反应性强的半导体特性,有望成为新一代气敏传感技术的首选基体材料。文中综述了当前国内外基于TiO_(2)气敏性传感器的技术现状,重点介绍了不同空间结构的TiO_(2)气敏性传感器,探讨了TiO_(2)与不同材料复合后的传感特性并揭示就其传感机理,并展望了TiO_(2)气敏性传感器未来的发展趋势。
Nano TiO_(2)materials are expected to be the substrate material of choice for a new generation of gas sensing technologies due to their wider energy bands and photoresistive semiconductor properties.This paper summarizes the current technology of TiO_(2)-based gas-sensitive sensors both at home and abroad,focuses on TiO_(2)gas sensors with different spatial structures,explores the sensing properties of TiO_(2)composites with dif⁃ferent materials and reveals their sensing mechanisms,and looks forward to the future development trend of TiO_(2)gas sensors.
