随着国民经济和社会的高速发展,中国生态环境问题日益突出。目前,生态文明建设已成为全社会的共识,林地在国土安全、生态环境和人类生存中的重要性已被世人所公认。政府强调,必须将森林与耕地放在同等重视的位置,加强森林的管理与利用,以维护社会环境,促进社会经济的健康发展。该文重点介绍了怀集县林地保护利用现状,分析怀集县在林地保护利用方面存在的主要问题,对如何进一步加强林地保护利用工作提出建议。

With the rapid development of the national economy and society in China,the problem of the ecological environment has become increasingly prominent.At present,the construction of ecological civilization has become the consensus of the whole society,and the importance of woodland in homeland security,ecological environment,and human survival has been recognized by the world.The government emphasizes that forests must be placed in the same position as farmland,and the management and utilization of forests must be strengthened to maintain our social environment and promote the healthy development of our society and economy.This paper mainly demonstrates the current situation and main problems of forest protection and utilization in Huaiji County and puts forward suggestions for further measures.
