摘要
开放教育作为终身教育的重要形式,其开放、多元、灵活、“宽进严出”的办学模式,容易产生遗留生沉积问题,开放教育在高质量发展过程中不能忽视遗留生管理问题。该研究基于“学习者中心”理念,采用观察法与访谈法的研究方法,总结了遗留生学习的现实困境主要为学习动机的缺乏或功利化、学习内容的碎片化、学习适应能力的弱化,并有针对性地提出了通过激发内在学习动机提升自我效能感、构建学习网络打破信息孤岛、持续关注优化教育支持服务水平等遗留生管理对策。
As an important form of lifelong education,open education adopts“easy in,strict out”enrollment policies,and is characterized by its open,diverse,and flexible running approach.But the problem of lingering students cannot be ignored in the process of high-quality development of open education.Based on“learner-centered”concept,this study adopts the methods of observation and interview to explore the practical challenges faced by lingering students,such as lack of learning motivation,fragmented learning content,weakened learning adaptability,etc.Besides,the learning motivation of some lingering students is utilitarian.In view of these problems,this paper proposes some corresponding strategies for the management of these students,including stimulating their intrinsic learning motivation to enhance self-efficacy,building learning networks to remove“isolated islands of information”and keeping our attention on the optimization of educational support services.
