摘要
我国食品安全风险交流工作经过多年的发展,已取得一定的成效。本文从政府、公众和食品安全风险交流本身等要素出发,阐述了风险交流工作目前仍面临的问题和困难,并结合近年来深圳的实践经验提出了应对困难和解决问题的建议,助力各相关方更好地开展食品安全风险交流。
After years of development,our country's food safety risk communication work has achieved certain results.This article discusses the current issues and difficulties faced in risk communication work from the perspectives of the government,the public,and the food safety risk communication itself,and also puts forward suggestions to address these challenges and solve the problems combined with the practical experience in Shenzhen in recent years,aiming to help all stakeholders better carry out food safety risk communication.
