上海市食品安全工作面临着食用农产品依靠外埠输入和本地食品生产经营业态的产业化、规模化、集约化程度不高的多重挑战。上海市作为一座超大型城市,其食品安全工作坚持“四个最严”要求,依托制度和科技,预防为主,风险管理,全程控制,不断督促和引导食品生产经营主体履行法定义务,确保守牢食品安全底线。
Shanghai faces multiple challenges in ensuring food safety.A significant portion of Shanghai’s food supply comes from outside the city,leading to difficulties in controlling quality and safety at the source.Local food production and distribution in Shanghai are not yet fully industrialized,large-scale,or intensive,making it harder to implement effective food safety measures.To address these challenges,Shanghai has introduced a robust system of rules and regulations and used the latest technology to enforce them.Regulators closely monitors and guides food producers and businesses to ensure they fulfill their legal obligations,by enforcing the harshest standards,regulation,penalties,and accountability.
