2018—2023年雅安市新报告HIV/AIDS病例报告地点特征分析

Characteristics of newly reported HIV/AIDS cases'address in Ya'an City from 2018 to 2023

目的分析2018—2023年雅安市新报告HIV/AIDS病例的流行病学特征,为艾滋病防控措施调整和完善提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病防治信息系统导出2018—2023年新报告的现住址为雅安市的HIV/AIDS病例进行流行病学特征分析。采用WPS 2019软件进行数据整理,SPSS 23.0软件进行统计分析,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果2018—2023年新报告现住址为雅安市的HIV/AIDS病例共2107例,其中雅安市本地新报告1895例(89.94%),外地新报告212例(10.06%)。2018—2023年外地新报告病例占比总体呈现增长趋势(χ^(2)趋势=6.666,P=0.010);外地新报告病例以0~49岁组(68.87%)、初中及以上文化程度(68.87%)为主。外地和本地新报告病例在不同年龄(χ^(2)=102.838,P<0.001)、文化程度(χ^(2)=140.394,P<0.001)、婚姻状况(χ^(2)=50.144,P<0.001)、职业(χ^(2)=224.361,P<0.001)、感染途径(χ^(2)=62.220,P<0.001)和样本来源(χ^(2)=8.808,P=0.012)等特征的分布差异均有统计学意义。结论外地报告已成为雅安市HIV/AIDS病例不可忽视的重要来源。为有效发现HIV/AIDS病例,应在持续抓好医疗机构特别是性病门诊就诊者等重点科室HIV检测基础上,探索成年人扩大检测策略,提高外出务工人员检测覆盖率。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS cases newly reported in Ya'an city from 2018 to 2023,and to provide basis for adjusting and improving prevention and control measures of AIDS.Methods The epidemiological characteristics of the newly reported HIV/AIDS cases whose current address is Ya'an City from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System AIDS Prevention and Control Information System from 2018 to 2023 were downloaded and analyzed.The data were sorted and analyzed using WPS 2019 software,and the statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 23.0 software,χ^(2)test was used to compare the rates.The difference P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results From 2018 to 2023,a total of 2107 HIV/AIDS cases were newly reported in Ya'an City,among them,1895 cases(89.95%)were newly reported locally,and 212 cases(10.06%)were reported outside the city,and the proportion of reports outside the city showed an overall increasing trend(χ^(2)_(trend)=6.666,P=0.010)from 2018to 2023.The out-of-city report was mainly composed of 0-49 years old(68.88%),junior high school and above(68.87%).There were significant differences in age(χ^(2)=102.838,P<0.001),education(χ^(2)=140.394,P<0.001),marital status(χ^(2)=50.144,P<0.001),occupation(χ^(2)=224.361,P<0.001),infection route and sample source(χ^(2)=8.808,P=0.012)between the cases reported outside and inside the city.Conclusions Reports from outside the city have become an important source of HIV/AIDS cases in Ya'an City.In order to effectively detect HIV/AIDS cases,it is necessary to explore strategies to expand the testing of adults and improve the testing coverage of migrant workers on the basis of continuous HIV testing in medical institutions,especially in key departments such as STD outpatient clinics.
