数字孪生的无人机飞行仿真验证

摘要 为了解决当前无人机仿真过程中的实时性和精确度限制、虚实交互困难、物理飞行数据和仿真信息双向动态链接与融合不足等问题,采用将数字孪生技术与无人机飞行仿真试验相结合的研究方法,以四旋翼无人机的飞行过程为案例,设计并搭建了基于数字孪生的无人机飞行仿真验证系统,将实时采集到的无人机真实数据与数字孪生体中的孪生数据进行数据融合。研究结果显示,应用数字孪生技术进行的无人机飞行仿真试验能够满足实时性和一致性要求,在相同的飞行任务中,数字孪生仿真结果比传统全数字仿真结果更接近实际,与无人机实体飞行轨迹的相关性接近度为0.93,比全数字仿真提升12.50%,仿真性能有明显提升。 In order to solve the problems in the UAV simulation process,such as real time and consistency limitations,virtual and real interaction difficulty,and the lack of two way dynamic link and integration of physical flight data and simulation information,this paper presents a research method,which combines digital twin technology with UAV flight simulation test.Taking the flight process of a quadrotor UAV as an example,a UAV flight simulation verification system based on digital twin is designed and built,which integrates the real UAV data collected in real time with the twin data in the digital twin.The research findings show that the UAV flight simulation test combined with the digital twin technology can meet the requirements of real time and consistency.In the same flight mission,the digital twin simulation results are closer to reality than the traditional full digital simulation results,and the correlation proximity with flight trajectory of a physical UAV is 0.93,12.50%higher than the full digital simulation.The simulation performance has been significantly improved.
