基于正交试验的丙烯酸胶粘剂储存稳定性优化研究

摘要 为了提高丙烯酸胶粘剂的储存稳定性,以80℃热储24 h后的流淌性作为评价指标,根据以往的开发经验,对储存不稳定的B组分进行正交试验设计以优化丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的储存稳定性。实验结果表明,阻聚剂A的添加量对80℃热储24 h后的流淌性影响最大;最佳的组合是阻聚剂A加入量为1.2 g,阻聚剂B加入量为7 g,氧化剂加入量为10 g;B组分用量的增加,丙烯酸胶的固化时间延长,但在比例为1∶1时剪切强度达到最大值21.6 MPa;80℃烘箱中A组分第1 d的流淌性是10.9 cm,第4 d的胶液呈无法流淌的啫喱状;B组分在80℃存储24 h后的流淌性为6.7 cm,为常温存储的57.26%。 In order to improve the storage stability of acrylic adhesive,the flowability after 24 hours of heat storage at 80℃was taken as the evaluation index.According to the previous development experience,orthogonal test design was carried out on the unstable B component to optimize the storage stability of acrylic adhesive.The experimental results showed that the amount of inhibitor A had the greatest influence on the fluidity of heat storage at 80℃for 24 h.The best combination was that the amount of inhibitor A was 1.2 g,the amount of inhibitor B was 7 g,and the amount of oxidant was 10 g.With the increase of the amount of B component,the curing time of acrylic adhesive was extended,but the shear strength reaches the maximum value of 21.6 MPa when the ratio was 1∶1.The flowability of component A in the oven at 80℃on the first day was 10.9 cm,and the glue liquid on the fourth day was a gel that could not flow.The flowability of component B after 24 hours storage at 80℃was 6.7 cm,which was 57.26%of that at normal temperature.
