摘要
为了提升排球运动用改性胶粘剂的胶合强度,对酚醛树脂胶粘剂进行了改性处理。对比分析了2种制备工艺下树皮粉改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂和球磨粉改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂的热稳定性和理化性能。结果表明,相较于未改性酚醛树脂试样,BPF-a1和BPF-a2的起始点温度、终止点温度和热焓升高,而峰值温度降低,且起始点温度、终止点温度和热焓从高至低顺序为BPF-a1、BPF-a2、PF,采用树皮粉和球磨粉对酚醛树脂进行改性有助于提升胶粘剂的热稳定性。采用制备工艺二得到的改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂的胶合强度和黏度较大,而游离甲醛和游离苯酚含量较小,更适应于在排球运动中应用。
In order to improve the bonding strength of modified adhesives for volleyball sports phenolic resin adhesives were modified.A comparative analysis was conducted on the thermal stability and physicochemical properties of bark powder modified phenolic resin adhesive and ball mill powder modified phenolic resin adhesive under two preparation processes.The results showed that compared to unmodified phenolic resin samples,the starting point temperature,ending point temperature,and enthalpy of BPF-a1 and BPF-a2 increased,while the peak temperature decreased.The order of starting point temperature,ending point temperature,and enthalpy from high to low was BPF-a1、BPF-a2、PF.Modifying phenolic resin with bark powder and ball mill powder helps to improve the thermal stability of the adhesive.The modified phenolic resin adhesive obtained through preparation process 2 has higher bonding strength and viscosity,while the content of free formaldehyde and free phenol is relatively low,making it more suitable for application in volleyball sports.
