摘要
为提高骨科修复材料的修复效果,以WE43镁合金作为材料基体,采用微波液相法制备了一种骨修复涂层材料,并进行临床应用效果观察试验。结果表明,可以通过调控前处理液pH值对材料平均纳米针直径以及表面粗糙度进行调控。当前处理液pH值为6.0时,骨修复涂层材料的细胞活力和成骨性能较优异,7 d培养时间的细胞活力达到102.2%。此时,骨修复涂层材料的平均纳米针直径为95.4 nm,算术平均高度Sa为0.56μm,平均最大高度Sz为4.30μm,轮廓平均宽度RSm为3.20μm。在临床应用效果观察试验中,骨修复涂层材料表现出优异的骨形成和骨连接治疗效果。
To improve the repair effect of orthopedic repair materials,a bone repair coating material was prepared by microwave liquid phase method using WE43 magnesium alloy as the material matrix,and the clinical application effect observation test was carried out.The results indicated that the average nanoneedle diameter and surface roughness of the material could be adjusted by adjusting the pH value of the pretreatment solution.When the current pH value of the treatment solution was 6.0,the cell viability and osteogenic performance of the bone repair coating material were excellent,with a cell viability of 102.2%after 7 days of cultivation.At this point,the average nanoneedle diameter of the bone repair coating material was 95.4 nm,and the arithmetic average height Sa was 0.56μm,the average maximum height Sz was 4.30μm,the average width of the contour RSm was 3.20μm.In the clinical application effect observation experiment,the bone repair coating material showed excellent bone formation and bone connection treatment effects.
