富水孔隙地质条件下注浆材料改性与加固技术研究

摘要 为了获得经济成本更低且强度更高的注浆材料,利用石英砂和粉煤灰对水泥基注浆材料进行了改性,并研究了改性材料的最佳配比和改性水泥基注浆材料的宏观及微观特征。抗压和抗折强度试验表明,改性水泥基注浆材料的最佳配合比为:水泥∶石英砂∶粉煤灰∶高效减水剂∶膨胀剂=80∶10∶10∶0.25∶0.13,此时材料的抗压和抗折强度分别超过120 MPa和20 MPa,同时表现出良好的力学性能和流动性。微观特征表明,石英砂可在材料中起到骨料的骨架作用,而粉煤灰能增强材料内部的致密性,减小材料内部的孔隙大小。 In order to obtain the grouting material with lower economic cost and higher strength,the cement-based grouting material was modified by quartz sand and fly ash,and the optimal ratio of the modified material and the macro and micro characteristics of the modified cement-based grouting material were studied.The compressive strength and flexural strength tests showed that the optimum mixture ratio of the modified cement-based grouting materials was:cement∶quartz sand∶fly ash∶high-efficiency water reducing agent∶expansion agent=80∶10∶10∶0.25∶0.13,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the materials exceeded 120 MPa and 20 MPa,respectively.At the same time,it showed good mechanical properties and fluidity.The microscopic characteristics showed that quartz sand could play a skeleton role in the material,while fly ash could enhance the inner densification of the material and reduce the pore size inside the material.
