摘要
针对桩基浸润图像进行了单一的增强与边缘计算,导致桩基钢材/混凝土材料变形曲线提取难度增加,难以分析桩基材料的扩展情况问题。设计了基于特征相似度的盐碱沼泽环境中桩基腐蚀厚度检测方法,采集并裁剪桩基腐蚀桩基浸润图像,对桩基浸润图像进行增强与边缘计算处理,突出桩基钢材/混凝土材料变形曲线,以曲线扩展形式,分析桩基材料的腐蚀程度,并考虑到涂覆保护层与特定层材料,校正桩基浸润图像中的腐蚀厚度检测结果。实验结果表明,桩基钢材/混凝土材料变形曲线提取完整,该方法的平均检测误差为1.24 mm,检测效果较好。
In order to solve the problem that the single enhancement and edge calculation of the pile foundation infiltration image are carried out,which leads to the increase of the difficulty of extracting the deformation curve of the pile foundation steel/concrete material and the difficulty of analyzing the expansion of the pile foundation material,a pile foundation corrosion thickness detection method based on feature similarity was designed,the pile foundation corrosion pile foundation infiltration image was collected and cropped,the pile foundation infiltration image was enhanced and the edge calculation was processed,the deformation curve of the pile foundation steel/concrete material was highlighted,and the corrosion degree of the pile foundation material was analyzed in the form of curve expansion.Considering the coating protective layer and the specific layer material,the corrosion thickness detection results in the infiltration image of the pile foundation were corrected.The experimental results showed that the extraction of deformation curves for steel/concrete materials in pile foundations was complete,and the average detection error of this method was 1.24 mm,indicating a good detection effect.
