不同高钙粉煤灰化学成分分析及对复合水泥的影响研究

摘要 以陕北某地区高钙粉煤灰和脱硫石膏作为添加剂制备复合水泥,分别研究了不同石膏掺量、不同种类激发剂、不同磨机、不同熟料对复合水泥强度的影响。结果表明,复合水泥中天然石膏的掺量为5%时,有利于强度的增长;在不同的天然石膏掺量下不同激发剂对复合水泥的强度影响规律不一致且与球磨机种类有关;熟料的种类对复合水泥的强度以及强度发展来说至关重要,在同样的粉磨制度下,品质好的熟料中活性的组分种类多且含量高,因此对强度的贡献就越大,同时对高钙粉煤灰的激发作用也就越明显。 Fly ash with high content calcium and desulfurized gypsum from a certain area of Northern Shaanxi were used as additives to prepare composite cement.The influences of different gypsum content,different activator,different mill and different clinker on the strength of composite cement were investigated.The results showed that when the content of natural gypsum in composite cement was 5%,it was conducive to the growth of strength.Under different natural gypsum dosages,the influence of different activators on the strength of composite cement was inconsistent,and it was related to the type of ball mill.The type of clinker was very important to the strength and strength development of composite cement.Under the same grinding system,the active components in the good quality clinker were many types and the content was high,so the contribution to the strength was greater,and the excitation effect on the high-calcium fly ash was also more obvious.
