基于光纤传感技术的变压器高温区域典型热源定位

摘要 针对油浸式变压器温度检测及热点跟踪方面存在精度低的问题,提出了一种基于分布式光纤传感(DFOS)技术的变压器高温区域检测框架。设计了油浸式变压器绕组上的光纤布设方案,从而为实时获取变压器内部热点数据奠定基础。通过实验测试,所设计的DFOS变压器可有效检测热源,并对热点进行跟踪与定位。所设计的光纤布设方案能够保持变压器正常运行的稳定状态,并与变压器油具有良好的兼容性。对4个变压器热点模型与DFPS数据的均方根误差(RMSE)值进行分析,证明Susa模型为描述变压器动态热行为的最佳模型。 In order to solve the problem of low accuracy in temperature detection and hot spot tracking of oil-immersed transformers,a high-temperature area detection framework for transformers based on Distributed Optical Fiber Sensing(DFOS)technology was proposed.The optical fiber layout scheme on the winding of the oil-immersed transformer was designed,which laid the foundation for real-time acquisition of hot spot data inside the transformer.Through experimental testing,the designed DFOS transformer could effectively detect heat sources and track and locate them.The designed fiber optic deployment scheme could maintain the stable operation of the transformer and had good compatibility with transformer oil.The root mean square error(RMSE)values of four transformer hotspot models and DFPS data were analyzed,and it is proved that the Susa model is the best model to describe the dynamic thermal behavior of transformers.
