摘要
本文总结了我院自2019年获批国家药品监督管理局重点实验室以来,在依托单位管理方面取得的经验和成果。我们构建了一套多部门协调、人才队伍建设和科技成果转化的依托单位管理模式,通过实施多部门协调、加强人才队伍建设、拓宽经费筹措渠道等措施,为重点实验室的健康高效建设运行提供了有力保障,推动药品监管科技创新能力的提升。
This paper summarizes the experiences and achievements gained by our institution since been approved as a national drug supervision laboratory in 2019.We developed a management model for the supporting unit including coordination among multiple departments,talent team building and technology achievement transformation.Through implementing measures such as interdepartmental coordination,strengthening talent team building and expanding funding channels,we provided strong support for the healthy and efficient development of the key laboratory.This new type of supporting unit management mode enhanced drug supervision technological innovation capabilities.
