基于场协同原理的通风空调管道弯头减阻技术研究

Study on Resistance Reduction of Air-conditioning Duct Elbows Based on the Field Synergy Principle

摘要 通风空调系统是建筑能耗的重要组成部分,其中风管弯头的局部阻力对整体能效有显著影响。本研究致力于90°风管弯头流阻的降低,通过改进的导流叶片设计及优化弯头曲面形状,寻求减少系统总阻力损失的解决方案。研究显示,适当减小弯头内弧面曲率能显著降低阻力,结合使用舌形导流叶片和调整内弧曲率的方法能进一步改善减阻效果,变弧面-舌形导流弯头减阻率达到15.3%~30.9%。此外,本研究还通过流场分析和场协同原理深入探讨了弯头内部流动状态及其减阻机理,为通风空调系统中风管弯头的优化提供了理论指导。 Ventilation and air-conditioning systems are a significant component of building energy consumption,with local resistance in duct elbows substantially impacting overall energy efficiency.This study focused on the reduction of flow resistance in the 90°duct elbow by improving the design of guide vanes and the curvature of the elbow surface,seeking solutions to decrease the total resistance loss of the system.The results showed that the resistance can be significantly reduced by appropriately reducing the curvature of the inner arc of the elbow,and the effect of resistance reduction can be further improved by combining the tongue-shaped guide vanes and adjusting the curvature of the inner arc,with the resistance reduction rate of the variable arc-tongue guide elbow reaching 15.3%~30.9%.In addition,this study also delved into the internal flow conditions and resistance reduction mechanisms within the duct elbow through flow field analysis and the field synergy principle,providing theoretical guidance for the optimization of duct elbows in ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
