摘要
目的为验证一种以大豆磷脂、辛癸酸甘油酯、玉米油为原料的复方软胶囊有助于维持血脂(甘油三酯/胆固醇)健康水平的功效提供动物试验依据。方法2009年9月30日—2010年4月25日依据脂代谢紊乱模型法(预防性给受试样品),设置0.08、0.40和2.00g/kg·bw 3个受试物剂量组和1个高脂饲料对照组,每组10只雄性大鼠,各组均给予高脂饲料喂养同时每天灌胃相应剂量的受试物或等体积色拉油,连续30d。试验期间每周称量体质量,试验前、后眼内眦静脉取血测定各组大鼠血清TG、TC和HDL-C含量,组间差异采用单因素方差分析。结果与高脂饲料对照组相比,0.08、0.40和2.00g/kg·bw 3个受试物剂量组大鼠各时间点体质量(F_(0d)=0.097,F_(7d)=1.050,F_(14d)=0.944,F_(21d)=0.078,F_(30d)=0.129)及总增加的体质量(F=0.144)差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);试验前3个受试物剂量组大鼠的TG、TC和HDL-C浓度差异均无统计学意义(F=0.026、0.004、0.050,均P>0.05);试验后0.08和0.40g/kg·bw剂量组大鼠的TC浓度显著降低(t_(D)=-2.539、-2.208,P<0.05),0.08g/kg·bw剂量组大鼠的TG浓度显著降低(t_(D)=-2.451,P<0.05),3个受试物剂量组大鼠的HDL-C/TC值差异无统计学意义(F=1.536,P>0.05)。结论依据《保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003年版)》,该复方软胶囊有助于维持血清中甘油三酯和血胆固醇的健康水平,动物试验结果呈阳性。
Objective To provide an animal test basis for verifying the efficacy of a compound soft capsule with soybean phospholipid,caprylic/capric triglyceride and corn oil as raw materials in helping to maintain a healthy level of blood lipids(triglycerides/cholesterol).Methods From September 30,2009,to April 25,2010,according to the lipid metabolism disorder model method(prophylactic administration of test samples),three test substance dose groups of 0.08,0.40 and 2.00g/kg·bw as well as a high-fat feed control group were set up,with 10 male rats per group.Each group was fed with high-fat feed feeding and administered the corresponding dose of the test substance or an equal volume of salad oil by gavage every day for 30 consecutive days.During the experiment,the body mass was weighed once a week.At the beginning and termination of the experiment,blood was taken from the medial canthus vein to measure the concentrations of TG,TC and HDL-C in the serum of each group′s rats,and the differences between groups were analyzed by one-way analysis of variance.Results Compared with the high-fat feed control group,neither the body mass of rats at each time point(F_(0d)=0.097,F_(7d)=1.050,F_(14d)=0.944,F_(21d)=0.078,F_(30d)=0.129)nor total body mass gain(F=0.144),the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05)in the three test substance dose groups of 0.08,0.40 and 2.00g/kg·bw.Differences in TG,TC and HDL-C concentrations in rats in the three test substance dose groups at the beginning of the experiment were not statistically significant(F=0.026,0.004,0.050,all P>0.05).At the termination of experiment,the TC concentrations of rats in 0.08 and 0.40g/kg·bw groups(t_(D)=-2.539,-2.208)and TG in 0.08g/kg·bw group(t_(D)=-2.451)decreased significantly(all P<0.05),and the difference in HDL-C/TC ratio among the three test substance dose groups was not statistically significant(F=1.536,P>0.05).Conclusion According to the Technical Standards for Testing&Assessment of Health Food(2003 Edition),the compound soft capsule can help maintain healthy levels of serum triglycerides and cholesterol,and the animal test results are positive.
