摘要
近年来,随着整体液压提升技术成熟稳定,多数连体结构均采用整体液压提升的方法进行安装,却给连体结构底部的幕墙铝板安装带来一定的困难。为优化钢结构连体结构底部幕墙铝板安装带来的安全、质量及进度等问题,研发了钢结构连廊协同幕墙铝板同步提升的施工技术。以创智云谷项目高空钢连廊底部幕墙施工为背景,结合铝板安装阶段的选择、铝板吊顶布置、防变形控制措施、铝板吊顶误差及楼板浇筑防漏浆措施等关键技术,在钢连廊整体安装实际施工过程中成功降低安全风险、提升安装质量、加快施工进度,取得了良好的施工效果,可为同类型钢结构整体安装工程提供参考。
In recent years,with the maturity and stability of overall hydraulic lifting technique,its widespread application in the installation of connected structures has led to difficulties in installing curtain wall aluminum plates at the base of these structures.To enhance safety,quality,and efficiency in the installation process for the aluminum plate of the bottom curtain wall in steel structure connected structures,a construction technique for the synchronous lifting of the steel structure corridor and the curtain wall aluminum plate is developed.With the construction of the bottom curtain wall of the high-altitude steel corridor of the Chuangzhi Yungu project as the background,key techniques such as the selection of the aluminum plate installation stage,the arrangement of the aluminum plate ceiling,anti-deformation control measures,error control of the aluminum plate ceiling,and anti-leakage measures for floor pouring are integrated.These techniques successfully reduce safety risks,improve installation quality,and accelerate construction progress in the actual construction process of the overall installation of steel corridors.Consequently,good construction outcomes are achieved,offering a reference for the overall installation of similar types of steel structures.
