摘要
为探索大直径钢套筒应用范围,研究大直径钢套筒设计及施工重难点,同时提高大直径盾构在复合地层且不具备加固条件工况下的接收施工安全系数,结合某项目大直径盾构钢套筒接收施工,对大直径钢套筒设计、结构验算、施工监测、盾构掘进管理等进行研究。详细解析了大直径钢套筒盾构接收设计及施工关键技术,验证了大直径钢套筒在盾构接收领域的可行性和安全性,提供了大直径钢套筒成熟的设计模型,探索了大直径钢套筒保压性能。
To explore the application scope of large-diameter steel sleeves,address the design and construction challenges of large-diameter steel sleeves,and enhance the safety factor of the reception construction of large-diameter shields in composite strata without reinforcement conditions,the design,structural verification,construction monitoring,and shield tunneling management of large-diameter steel sleeves are studied in conjunction with the reception construction of large-diameter shield steel sleeves in a specific project.The key technologies of design and construction for receiving large-diameter steel sleeve shields are meticulously analyzed,confirming the feasibility and safety of large-diameter steel sleeves in the field of shield reception.A mature design model for large-diameter steel sleeves is provided,and the pressure-holding performance of large-diameter steel sleeves is explored.
